Raechel Hambly | Wedding Planner
My passion for events started back in high school while working in wedding florals and décor rentals, where I quickly fell in love with seeing a couple’s vision come to life. From there, my love for organization, design, and attention to detail led me to pursue Interior Design after high school.
Before launching Hambly Events, I gained valuable experience planning and coordinating corporate events, where I learned how to manage timelines, logistics, vendors, and all of the moving pieces that make an event run seamlessly. When I got engaged, I experienced the wedding planning process from a whole new perspective, and it confirmed that weddings were where my heart truly belonged.
That combination of creative design, thoughtful organization, and real-world event planning experience inspired me to create Hambly Events. Today, I have the privilege of helping couples enjoy a stress-free planning experience while creating beautiful, meaningful celebrations that reflect their unique love story.
The Small Details
I’m a wife to an amazing husband, and together we’re raising our daughter, on a beautiful farm with our two lovable Bernese Mountain Dogs. I absolutely love country life and all the little moments that come with it.
When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll probably find me wandering HomeSense, convincing myself I don’t need another piece of home decor, or rearranging something in the house anyway. I love hosting friends and family, cozy nights at home, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable and welcomed.
At the heart of it, I love bringing people together and creating memories that last long after the day is over, which is exactly why I fell in love with weddings.
